Stefan Rahlfs has worked in leadership roles and special assignments in the private security industry for more than 20 years. Over his career he has covered every area of private security, from protecting high-risk sites to close protection in Germany and abroad. His clients have included the British Consulate in Hamburg, the Hamburg Police, the German Armed Forces and the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA).
Developing and implementing security concepts has been part of his daily work for more than 16 years. One of his specialisms is the technical equipment of site protection concepts; for this he has kept in contact with the developers of security technology for many years.
Torsten Eger Senior Consultant · Head of the Munich location
Torsten Eger stands for entrepreneurial security management with a strong operational focus. He brings more than 25 years of leadership and management practice in the private security industry: operations and site management, personnel leadership, deployment organisation and client responsibility, plus experience as a managing partner.
His focus areas are security consulting, interim management for security companies, training, and advice on ballistic protective equipment. He analyses and reorganises security organisations, develops security and deployment concepts and takes on branch management or interim managing director roles.
He has many years of experience as a trainer for the security qualification under Section 34a of the German Trade Regulation Act and for firearms expertise, as well as experience as an examiner. Dipl.-Ing. paed. in mechanical engineering, business economist (VWA), controller (IHK), certified trainer (AEVO).
