Management & Consulting — Before anything happens
Risk management
We identify hazards early, assess likelihood and impact, and then decide: avoid, reduce, transfer or consciously accept.
How we work
Risk management is not a project with an end date but a cycle: the situation and the business keep changing. ISO 31000 sets the framework.
01
Identify
Define the context and name the hazards. What can happen, where, and who is affected? Without this step, you end up assessing guesses.
02
Assess
Likelihood and impact for each hazard. Only the assessment separates the important from the loud and makes priorities defensible.
03
Treat
Avoid, reduce, transfer or consciously accept. Every decision gets an owner, a date and a follow-up check.
